Northwestel to Raise Internet Rates June 1, 2010

Northwestel has posted a note on there website this month (May 2010) that rates will be raised to there Personal High Speed Internet services as of June 1, 2010.

Broadband Canada Announces Est 169,000 Households

Government organization Broadband Canada announces first projects for bringing new high speed broadband access to rural areas around Canada.

52 projects, in nine provinces and territories across Canada, will bring broadband Internet access to an estimated 169 000 households.

Northwestel To Change Internet Rates

Northwestel has added a note on there website this month (May 2010) for there Personal Internet Services.

Please note that as of June 1, 2010, some of Northwestel’s Internet prices will be changing.

What exactly will change with there rates is not currently known to me, but we can all pray for lower rates.
